Mr. Grammel has been gaining experiences in the construction of sport and leisure facilities since the mid 1980s in the Near East and in Europe. In 1995 he founded GGB Control GmbH as a project control and construction management company in order to manage the construction coordination in the urban development area Wasserstadt-Oberhavel. Other projects include the development and realization of large-scale fitness facilities (e.g., ASPRIA Berlin), the development concept for the housing project Puerto Verde in Berlin Köpenick, and in 2007 the expert opinion on extension of the ICC International Congress Center Berlin.
